This photo was taken with my Canon PowerShot A460, in 2010, while hiking the Rubicon Trail at Lake Tahoe. The trail winds along the shore line the whole way starting from DL Bless State Park and ends up at Emerald Bay. This hike is a favorite to take friends with us that normally don't hike, because of the beauty and the relative easy hike, even though it’s a 10 mile round trip hike.
The spot where I took this photo is our lunch room, per say, and I was taking a photo of a ladybug. When we got back home, I noticed that I somehow missed the ladybug shot all together, but was happy to find this instead. Kind of cool how the water line is at eye level.
Hope you find something in this photo that touches your heart.
Happy Hiking Trails to You and Yours.

The Depth of Field in your photo is amzing, from a few inches to infinity. What's also impressive is that the shutter speed was fast enough to freeze the action of the waves. Very impressive.

Indeed a Ladybug's view of Lake Tahoe, and the water coated multiple colored boulders adds to the uniqueness.
PS: You used F8 aperture here which is average depth of field.

Très joli, j'aime le coté sauvage que donne les grosses pierres, la venue de la vague, une lumière qui illumine les pierres et rend l'eau transparence, très jolie

The lower postion and the stones on
the forground creates a lots of depth
in this picture (great point of view)
The open space (great composition)
makes the picture nice calmness and
the light management is also very good...

Interesting red rocks in FG, and the rest of image has beautiful tones.
Great POV taken, view from almost water-level.
