Opposite the vegetable seller (that I have already posted) in Chanderi sits the glass bangle seller and her young family. You can imagine how colourful this street was, the vegetables on one side the glass bangles on the other, and there was more.................

Nice how you framed this...a 'hill' of chudis in the FG, delightful with their colours & the 4 happy ladies in the BG of 3 different generations. I wouldn't mind a bit of luminiscence in this picture...but that apart a nice one...with the 'everlasting' feeling'

Very strong composition that lets us share the life of a modest Indian family. The colourful glass bangles provide a good contrast to the faded wall. I particularly hold the expressive faces you captured that make it a great reportage photography. Congratulations !

Hi Elaine, Nowhere you'll find such colours as in India. With dsuch a big choice of the glass bangles the Indian women can always find ones fitting well to their sarees. Nice portrait of these women from three generation, all of them aware of you making photo. The pattern on the dress of the mpother amnd youngest kid is not typical for India. Excellent capture.
have a lovely weekend

A lively street scene nicely taken and excellent juxtaposition, the burst of multi colors add that all important impact. I simply love the vibrancy of colors and the contrast they create to the environment and the woman's gentle smile is so precious! Lovely. Excellent clarity and sharpness. Great street scene. Congrats. TFS. Have a Great WE
