the contrast between the white sand and the boats/hoops/boys is great. the pale blue green sea just adds another dimension. I saw and liked your fishing picture the other day which had similar elements, but this is bettre still

Voilà un jeu qui a disparu depuis bien longtemps de nos régions . Quelle belle composition encore une fois , avec les taches combres des bateaux , des roues , et des enfants , sur ce fond aux tonalités remarquablement claires . Les attitudes , superbement figées , apportent beaucoup de dynamisme .

Salut Patrick,
encore un superbe cadrage plein de vie et de gaieté. Bon tu vas me trouver pénible mais je trouve ça toujours un peu trop lumineux quand même, ce qui "mange" un peu les textures mais bon...ça reste superbe.

This is cool!
Practically only white and light blue, and almost no shades! it creates a very peculiar atmosphere. You framed perfectly the children and captured them in a very dynamic and alive moment.

Ce n'est pas du jeux, il y en a un qui a plus de facilité à la course, il vole !!! Une photo pleine de vie et de bonne humeur. La lumière sur ce sable blanc est superbe et le ciel en arrière plan donne un excellent contraste. Un pays vraiment chaleureux, merci Patrick.

another fantastic photo taken on your voyage to tanzania!
the real theme that stands out in this scene is playful innocence. we can see the smiles on their faces, and the white sand of the beach and the faint hint of blue in the background offers up such a beautiful backdrop.
i wouldn't change anything here

Tu avais posté une autre photo avec la roue de vélo et je me demande si je ne préfère pas celle ci. La dynamique est encore plus forte et j'adore le ton sur ton au niveau des couleurs, le rendu est extraodinaire car il y a comme un dégradé entre le sable, la mer et le ciel. Encore une belle photo

Une photo pleine de joie et très dynamique. J'aime beaucoup la posture des deux enfants et en particulier celle de celui de droite qui "vole" presque.
Une belle composition avec les lignes sur le sable, les trois barques et les vagues dans le lointain. Encore une image à lecture multiple et pleine d'humanité.

The boys render a very important perspective to this action shot. To me what I like most are those wheels barely touched by the hands giving good sense of lateral movements forward and I feel that this is the strength of this image, a real treat and timely shot. It's a beautifully balanced classic shot and fine use of light and shadow. Good lead in with sufficient room to move on in lovely usual soft colors, your tradmark, Real cool! Superb capture,

back from England, où j'ai passé un agréable séjour à jouer avec mon petit fils et faire plein plein d'images (à venir sur ce site et ailleurs!).
J'aime bien ces jeux que l'on pratiquait enfants et la joie des gamins à pousser leur roue de bicyclette! Ils ne connaissent pas les play-stations et c'est tant mieux pour eux!

Hallo Patrick,

Iedereen zal met mij eens zijn dat dit een prachtige foto is en dat het een foto is dat je vrolijk maakt.

Maar er is meer...
Hoe langer ik naar de foto kijk hoe mooier de foto wordt (en de foto was al heel mooi).
Om te beginnen: de foto heeft een prachtige ruimte.
Dat maakt het kijken niet alleen rustig, het benadrukt ook de twee spelende kinderen.

Kijk je naar de kinderen dan is uw prachtige timing heel goed te zien, want beide kinderen los van de het zand/strand (oke, de linker kind staat op zijn tenen).
Anders gezegd: de foto leeft en beweegt.

Verder is de foto ook heel knap belicht, wat ten goede komt voor elk detail.

Samengevat: een foto van grote klasse, komt direct bij mijn favorieten.

Hello Patrick, I remember as I child in Italy I played with bicycles wheels & a stick but in Australia I did not see it, maybe they had only a few bikes or they had more money to buy toys, I don't know.

Une simplicité stupéfiante qui inclus pas seulement une harmonie des couleurs en pastel mais aussi une texture blanche de la plage.

Une photo qui frise la perfection: un sable hyper clair qui se détache à peine de la mer, mais l'un et l'autre restent remplis de nuances subtiles. Quant aux enfants, ils symbolisent la joie de vivre et la simplicité.

Hello Patrick,

You're capturing well this scene by a good composition and excellent tone/clarity, so it's interesting and impressive to see the beach with power sand and clean/calm sea in Tanzania. You catch well the spectacle that in which two boys are playing using the wheel at the beach. And, some boats floating on the sea draw out a good atmosphere in this image as well as the long shadow projected to the sand.
