Hola Carlos,
Bienvenido a TE (y a Buenos Aires)...!
La foto parece tomada en invierno por lo seco que se ve todo, eso y los colores tenues le dan un cierto "aire" de pintura.
También, hay líneas en la imagen que producen una sensación de perspectiva interesante (las que parecen llevar al árbol que está al fondo); aunque posiblemente le falte algo que "remate" el cuadro.
Sólo un consejo: lo ideal es que trates que las imágenes estén lo más cerca posible del tamaño (800 px para el lado mayor) y peso (300kb) máximos permitidos por TE.

Bienvenido a TE.
Sorry for not being more generous but I won't give a point to your picture that deserves better treatment to me.
1- Make sure the main subject is sharp enough to be quikly caught by the eye.
2 - The picture needs a subject. Here I guess it's the tree line...is it worth for a picture ? What did you try to share with us ?
3 - In your composition try to exclude all disturbing elements such as these buildings in the back. My eyes read the image following the tree line and finish with inappropriate buildings
