Isle of Skye was really a discovery for us. And, for DjiPi, the discovering of the Talisker Distillery was also a great moment, so thank you very much! :o)
Photo taken on the way B 885, a little road from Bracadale to Portree and not far from Carbost / Talisker.
NL: Bracadale (Schots-Gaelisch: Bràcadal) is een dorp in de Schotse regio "Ross and Cromarty" in het Highland gebied op het eiland Skye, ten zuidwesten van Portree.

the picture is a bit small, but from this POV the scene has an incredible depth. For me that i love Scotland is a pleasure to look at a landscape like this.Even sheeps seem in contemplation, enraptured by this sight.Nice contrast between the FG (darker) and the BG (brighter).

I am still sick :( but have to go to work tomorrow anyway. I am so sorry I missed your visit here. I see from this photo that it was mainly Scotland which was your destination. I did not have a chance to be there yet. I have moved to North East England about a year ago but my baby keeps me from further trips.
Your photo is really encouraging to go up there. The light in this direction was a bit difficult and the sky could have been better, but one have to enjoy whatever weather is given while in travel. Sheep add a really lovely touch here, it reminds me a lot Ireland where I lived before. The view far on the horizon is spectacular. ND grad filter could help but quite honestly I have it and I am usually too lazy to take it out of the bag and put it on the lens.
Great POV, very well done,

Une très belle vue sur cette magnifique île de Skye. J'aime bien l'utilisation de la route étroite pour conduire le regard du premier plan vers l'intérieur de la composition. Le point de vue est vraiment à couper le souffle !
