Hello friends,
I photographed this old boat in city of Barreiro the tide of the Tagus river was low.I have another version of this photo with the tobacco filter later I'll post here on ET.

Barreiro is a Portuguese town in the district of Setúbal, Lisbon region and subregion of the Setubal peninsula, with about 40,859 inhabitants, but with an urban area that extends to the neighboring county of Rawalpindi, which gives a influence of about just over 100,000 residents.
It is home to a small municipality with 33.81 km ² and 78,764 inhabitants (2011), divided into eight parishes, which were in the Upper Seixalinho, Barreiro, Coina, Barreiro, Palhais, St. Andrew, St. Anthony of Heath and Verderena. The municipality is bordered to the east by the city of Rawalpindi, the southeast by Palmela, south of Setúbal and Sesimbra, west and north by Seixal by the Tagus river and its estuary. On the other side lies the city of Lisbon. Barreiro was elevated to city June 28, 1984. The Mayor is Carlos Humberto Carvalho PCP. The municipal holiday is June 28.

Hi Goncalo,

The distance between the small boat and the opposite shore is giving depth to the composition. The point of view is showing the details and colors of the boat. The colors of the boat are contrasting well with the black and white. Have a nice day.

Your partial desaturation has really emphasised the strong position of the boat, with its diagonal orientation. It helps to reveal the contribution that all the other elements make.

la barca azul se destaca con fuerza en esta imagen desaturada, en la que el blanco y negro y una bonita gama de tonos grises dominan la imagen.
La débil luminosidad añade un toque de misterio y de dramatismo al conjunto.
Una buena composición, y un buen trabajo.

gosto muitod este tipo de fotos com o elemento principal em cores e o ambiente em branco e preto, gosto de fazer isto quando o ambiente ao redor está feioso ou com má luz.muito bonito o ponto de vista que apanha o barco numa bela posição. gostei muito do efeito de cores. linda foto.

l'effetto mi piace molto in questo caso, anche se in taluni casi lo trovo troppo forzato, ma in questo caso funziona. Bella l'inquadratura della barca, la sua posizione e l'inserimento in questo paesaggio.
