Photographer's Note
I found this building in the historic market town of Banbury- North Oxfordshire.. In its day it played a role as an important trading shop for mercants .. sadly over the years as business and lifestyles changed so have our needs.. Today an estrate agents.. I like how the town has kept up appearances of its historic past..

Hello Rich,
Indeed, the town that's best known for the 'Banbury Cross' displays its historic perspective... corn, cake and coal, in the same sign. Warm regards,

Hi Rich, very interesting building old but always whit the same style when it was builth in 1839...excellent point of view to create this nice diagonal in perspective and perfect light balance to not burn the white facade in the full sun.Have a nice week and thanks,Luciano

Hello Ric,
This is a very interesting old building restored faithfully to the original. I liked your composition and lighting management that produced pleasing color contrasts and impressive shadows on the facade of the building. Thanks for sharing. Best wishes,

Hello Rich,
This weeks English lessons in China have the US textbook proclaiming that the British like to preserve historical areas & relics, so this is affirmation/confirmation. Good sharpness, framing & pov. Tfs!

Ciao Ric,
Molto interessante la vecchia costruzione con le insegne rimaste ferme ai vecchi tempi.
Da un punto di vista fotografico il POV funziona molto bene, molto bella la luce che illumina la facciata esaltandone i colori. Complimenti.
Un caro abbraccio.
