Wonderful portrait from a part of China I have never heard about! Indeed through your portraits I have known parts of the world I would never have known on my own! Your travels & pictures makes us rich in knowledge in understanding abt the world! Don't you find communication difficult in such 'remote' reas, even in India? A fine portrait with the markings on the wall creating a fine backdrop

This is a very nice and telling photo from Bac, Vietnam. The use of shadows is wonderful. The shyness of your subject and her expression are great. I am always interested when I see the beautiful hand woven cloth of the Hmong of the highlands. Thank you for sharing.
