It's great image - However I think that the two red object are somehow shifting the focus from this very intresting woman.

Sa peau creusée semble porter en elle les sillages parcourus toute une vie durant. Composition intéressante. Le post traitement est par contre catastrophique en ce qui concerne l'ajout de flou gaussien en arrière plan (le contour de sélection du sujet est.... très bancal!).

I haven decided why I like this shot aimeric,
I think that the pose she is having with the nails and the cigarette is one of them
Another could be that she is old and looks like she has a long story to tell,
And last I think it’s her watery eyes and wrinkled face
Good shoot

beautiful picture! I love it, I think she knows you're taking the picture but she doesn't seem to care, extremely rare with our mexican old people... probably just tired of everything. I love the nails and the smoke it feels like part of somebody else. great picture.

Hello Aimeric,
An interesting mid-shot of this old timer lady. The details on her face and body are evident and her composition is well captured.

I did a small workshop just to explore alternatives, but the photo is interesting as is. hope you like it.
