I love the colours, detail and textures in this, very nicely done.

I would personally be tempted to crop it slightly, maybe from the top down to the start of the wall and a little in from the left to keep it in proportion.

I have visited this city in the days when I did not have a very good camera - in this same city I took a photograph of a little mexican girl which was the first [ slightly out of focus ] photo that I put on Trek Earth...
I love the colours in your photo they are stunning - doors are a popular subject aren't they?

Hello Franz,

This is a first rate architectural portait of the door, with all its elaborate carvings. The colors and textures of the door as well as the wall are beautifully depicted in this scanned image from 2004. I have uploaded the image of the door into a new group theme on Old Doors.
