Photographer’s Note
Taken in San Cristabol, a town where I picture Mexico to be like --lots of colorful houses.
The difficulty i find in photographing these amazingly colorful houses is that I could not make them unique. It's easy to get straight on shots and capture the wonderful colors, but after a while, I just find it boring. This is one of the rare ones where I thought that even though it was a very balanced shot, there's something more to it. (That's very subjective, of course!)
Also, as i was using a wide angle, I had to distort it to make it more 'flat'.
I hope you like it and welcome your comments. :-)

Les photos de murs, de portes et de fenêtres, je ne sais pas pourquoi mais je suis fan.;-)
personnellement la distortion ne me dérange pas, elle donne vie en quelque sorte à la photo.Les couleurs sont chaudes et la composition très interessante.
Bien vu!

I think I wouldn´t like to see this political advertising in a photo but this façade is so beautiful and the face of the candidate is well put in the window creating a good image. Good compo.

Hi Natasha
I spent a week in San Cristobal last year and absolutely loved the town. A gem of a place for taking photos. I like this composition, it is well balanced indeed. However, I think if you included a pedestrian or a stray dog in the picture that could have made it even more interesting.
