Hi Emilius,
The shot is colurful, and from the thumbnail it catches the attention......but the end result is not impressive.
Don't you think it is highly saturated?
I can see all the colurs in it glowing very well, but they donot help the compostion.
My view is that its a flat shot, simply dead.The shots like this demand 3D, but its not even 2D, sximply dead. The more I look, the more it seems a painting instead of a photograph.

A stage well lit and decorated so beautifully with dancers in joyful mood, why could you not clikc it from either left side or right side of the stage?
Its a pity. With all available resources with you, you just got carried away with the colurs.
But where is the composition?
You have lost at least 48 points.
Think of this.
