Photographer’s Note
It is almost the end of the day and this tugboat is on the way back to it's pier after helping guide another cruise ship out of the Mazatlan Harbour and into the Pacific Ocean. The golden rays of the sun on the tugboat is so beautiful, warm and soft it is hard to let this photo opportunity pass away
Mazatlan differs from other well known tourist resorts because it has a dual personality. It is a tourist spot and tourism accounts for 50% of it's economy. The other half includes shrimp and tuna fishing, freezing and canning plants and other port canning activities.

Hi Andre! I worked designing and building fishing boats for a part of my life. This boat is a "purse seiner" likely for tuna. I also paint fishing boats. Love your caption most likely at sunset. You could see my photos on webshots under community/ users name Search:naturepainter.
