This is the fifth of the row houses, built closest to the Paseo, and somewhat more interesting, owing to the additional, recessed, small corner balcony. I cannot be certain but I had the impression that the owner was trying to put it to use, possibly as a restaurant or such. It is in clear view of the street and of course there is parking for customers of means. The attendant sits at a desk ground level under the arch to the right. At the very least, I would guess these homes are from the nineteenth century.
