Photographer's Note

Raised up on its own platform, Structure CA4 faces the west. It is a pyramid with a temple at the top and reached by stepped tiers. On the right side, adjoining the staircase, there was a room, assuredly vaulted. To the front there is a small altar. The architecture in the sloped-panel style dates from the Early Classic era of 300 - 500 CE. It has undergone some quite good restoration effort and graces the North Plaza of the Ah Canul Group.
