These days I didn't put pictures, because I have operated. Today, I have gone out the hospital. The operation went very well ... and these next days I have to do rest ... so I can put more photos on TE...

I took this picture in Playa del Carmen... a place to relax...

How nice of you that after recovery, you come back to TE with this splendid summer photo! :)
The white parasol is the eyecatcher and very well placed in the compo. There is a relaxed, film mood in there and all the elements work perfectly to create that mood.

Si yo volviera hoy a Cancún, seguro que me quedaría hospedado en Playa del Carmen, y no en Cancún, como lo hice. La foto es muy bella, de una playa muy hermosa, y la composición es muy agradable con la sombrilla solitaria, sin demasiada gente. Lo que siento falta es del color del agua, que es maravilloso allá! Espero que ya estés bien!

first of all: relax yourself and recover from the operation.

second: mexico in black and white??? nneeee....I do prefer it in technicolors...because mexico is colour and joy for me...although this version is pretty old fashioned and very vintage

Muy buena idea la de ponerla en blanco y negro...el efecto de la luz tan fuerte y el contraste con el cielo quedan espectaculares, y el formato panorámico también me parece muy acertado...

Hi Gemma,

Wonderful B&W picture. I understand that it might look very attractive also in colour but really like the mood of it. It is almost like it could have been taken a long time ago. Only the plastic furniture reaveals that it is taken quite recently. TFS and have nice weekend!

En primer lugar perdona que no te preguntara cómo estás, ahora me acabo de enterar. Espero que no haya sido nada grave y que te recuperes estupendamente.
Me gusta la composición, pero opino como Oscar, es una pena perderse el color del agua.
