Photographer's Note
This is another view of the Campeche Cathedral, what I liked is the big cloud that stood behind it. In the left side of the picture you can see a typical building of downtown, the most of the houses are painted in different colors with the corners in white. It makes pretty the view of the place. Also you can see people there, on weekends there is music, typical food and as a custom many people participate in a game called "campechana lottery" over those streets. Hope you like.

Hi Gisela.
An interesting and very pleasant shot but one that I believe could be improved upon.
The colours are obviously "wrong" but, as I said, not unpleasant. This could be as a result of not using the correct white balance setting.
It isn't sharp. The camera's had to use its widest aperture. Even at 1/40 second, there's obvious movement. You need a tripod for this kind of shot.
If your intention was to photograph the cathedral, why place it on the edge of the photo? It's a beautiful building and would look much better a bit more central.
This is a good subject and, if you can go there again, please do so - but have a read at your camera's instruction book and see what white balance (WB) is recommended for night shots in artificial light.
Also, take a tripod and use the "panoramic" or "scenic" setting to get a smaller aperture and a slower shutter speed.
The people will be blurred - but that doesn't matter. In fact, it will add to the photo if done properly.
Overall, a good shot but, with a bit of practice and patience, a REALLY good shot.
Regards,
Paul.

It is a pity this came out so noisy. It looks like a nice scene with beautiful colors. I see that the iso you used was low, so the noise did not come from that. The shot must've come out very dark and needed to be lightened in post-processing. With low-light, you may have had better luck if you had upped the iso quite a bit, or used a tripod or found a sturdy spot to sit your camera that would allow a much longer shutter speed. Thanks for sharing.
