Photographer’s Note
This is part of an old stone wall located in the ruins of a fishing museum and school in San Pancho, Nayarit. The large main building was covered with an enormous palapa and was finished with beautiful stone, tile and wood work. This wall shows the skill and patience of the Mexican stone masons who built it. The stones range in size from some as big as your head to pebbles the size of a thumbnail all lovingly and expertly assembled by masons with an artistic eye. please go here to see the actual wall from which this photograph was taken

Hi Dave
Nice colored stones and an artistic work, its an easy photo but interesting to look at, are the green ones natural or are
they painted, it looks like emeralds family. Rgds - JCarmo

Hi Dave
This wall is so attractive with all the different colours and varied sizes. It certainly makes for an artistic photo. I like your tight framing.

Hello Dave,
Very interesting wall, very artistic, with stunning colors. Even if I like the whole view, this close up is a great idea. I just made a WS to add a frame ;)

Hello Dave,a good idea to select just a part of the wall for this post.I find the colours and irregular shapes rather beautiful.
An interesting note, thanks.
Best wishes Jean.
