Photographer’s Note
This image gives a whole new meaning to the term "poop deck". Avast, matey. Time to swab the decks.

I had no idea that pelicans travel like this :-) I think that it would be better if the boat was a little bit upper. But anyway great shot

Hi Dave,
I like this shot, especially the angle of the boat and the inclusion of the seagull flying by in the top corner. Also really like the way the pelicans are balancing each other out on both sides of the boat. The boat's slightly over exposed, but I'm guessing that taking this against the water it was probably quite difficult to manage the light.
Cheers

Hi Dave,
Looks like the pelicans have squatters rights to this wooden fishing vessels that must be wiped down before the next use.
Lovely riffling green sea and the bird is flight is a fine inclusion to this beautiful nature shot.

Hola Dabeed!!
This picture is so true!! Excellent framing of the diagonal of the boat and mathmatically inclined birds. I especially like the detail in that fellow flapping his wings. Strange to see a motor left so unattended in Mexico.
