| The Agave fields of Jalisco, Mexico are famous for their tequilla. This region is responsible for producing most of the world's tequilla. This man has been harvesting the Agave plan for his entire life, and as you can see he's very good at it. That is an Agave "pineapple" on the right which will later be chopped up and fermented for tequilla. |
