Photographer’s Note

an abandoned fruitstand (stall) i saw in one of the alleys of nuevo progreso. the coca-cola ice box is what caught my attention. it reminded me of the jingle commercial "I'd like to teach the world to sing" sung by The New Seekers, for coca-cola, and was featured in 1971 as a TV commercial...i was in HS that year..where where you??

it could be easily a great commercial to coca cola....on good money.

excellent pov. nice color. even though it is not bright in nature but it has good contrast. very good texture and detail.

I love the color palette and how the deep red interacts with these greens .. and the mood of the white walls .. in 1971 I was in preschool : )

Hi Benedict,

I love this one, I don't know how I missed it, it's just so normal, an 'everyday life' type of shot. I like the fact that the colours don't jump out at you, more like a 1950's photograph. It's simple, straight forward. One for my theme, TE Moments and it's a superb capture, well spotted.
