Parque Tabasco Stairs 2
The Parque Tabasco is constructed in the forties by Noah of the Casanova Flower in lands where the regional exhibitions were celebrated during the government of Tomás Garrido Canabal, Tabasco Park was named. In 1956, Fair of Tabasco returns to be host from the regional exhibition called today. In 1965 its name was changed by the one of Park Tomás Garrido Canabal and in 1985 the present appearance occurred him.
DESCRIPTION It was designed by architect Teodoro González of Leon, that obtained the unit of the project, by means of slopes covered with turf to similarity of pyramids of Comalcalco, to define the park and to isolate it of the outside, without establishing precise limits to the horizon.
The circular and cylindrical forms, the used use of the pre-Hispanic colors and materials, give to regional congruencia to the park and harmony to their architecture.
The escultóricos sets like the quadrangle of the arcs, champa, the pérgola and the viewpoint of the eagles, are remembranzas of the history of Tabasco and the original conception of the park.
The hoisted ones, the gardening and the sources, represent the unmistakable vegetation and the water, characteristics of the landscape tabasqueño, which gives its eminent sense him of ecological park.
The park extends on a surface of more than six hectares and also counts on zones for the informal practice of sports simple, as well as varied infantile games. |
