Photographer's Note
At the end of 2009 a group of Latin American sailboats began a tour from Brazil to Mexico, to commemorate 200 years of independence. The event received a different name in each port. In Veracruz, the end point of the tour, called Regata Bicentenario (Bicentennial regatta).
This is the Cisne Branco (White Swan) from Brazil.
