Photographer’s Note

Lumières du Mexique... C'est a Catemaco, au sud de Veracruz que j'ai capté ce moment pendant une sortie en canoe. Un gros nuage nous menacait.

Catemaco est une région des Tuxtlas avec une grande biodiversité de plantes et d'animaux due a la précense du Volcan San Martin et de son gradiant d'altitudes et de climats.

C'est aussi le lieu ou Mel Gibson tourne actuellement son film "Apocalipto"...

Bonjour Jerome,
Petite sortie en canoé qui c'est terminer comment avec ce petit-gros nuage qui arrive..?Mais très belle photo de toute façon avec beaucoup d'effet naturel.(attention au rayon pour l'APN.).
Jerome...Mel Gibson,acteur préfèrer de mon épouse et donc corrige vite le Gipson par gibson avant qu'elle ne pique une crise....:-)

Hi Jerome,
Your focus is sharp and the POV great, but the overexposed sky has disturbed the panorama to some extent. Isn't it?
The shades and the light make this composition outstanding.
Take care of other details too dear friend.

Hi Jerome,
If this is the light of Mexico than i have to go someday, perfect..!!!
There is some colour noise in the clouds, but that is easy to correct.
Yellow colour tones are perfect, just as the reflection...really good..!!!

Comme d'hab une note intéressante et puis, une photo difficile mais qui reste malgré tout de bonne facture. Je suis sûr qu'avec un gros appareil et quelques filtres, tu aurais des compos géniales. Jolis reflets lumineux sur l'eau mais je me demande quels post-processing tu as appliqué ?

Hi Jerome - simple but nice, vary attractive light and colours, and Veracruz rarely appers on this site.

Olá Jerome,
I've seen this magnificent capture several times and today I decided to come for it. I love special lightings and here you got a marvellous scenery, with amazing colors and contrasts. The water surface has a nice dramatic result and the diagonal of the cloud courtain is great. The atmosphere is kind of magic!
Good work with the noise removal in WS.
