Photographer's Note
A figure in elaborate headdress with ear ornaments sits cross-legged in front of a cave entrance. The implication is, I would suggest, that here he has time for reflection and may function as a source of wisdom to members of the community. To his left, right of photo, there is another figure, standing, detached so to speak, almost as if he were passing by, with details eroded by the passage of time, the whole resting in the field to the south of structure C1. I had to be careful not to step in the large pool of water in front of the monument when taking the photo.
