Photographer’s Note
Photo prise lors d'une randonnée en biciclette le long d'une voie de chemin de fer.
Un jour magnifique, fleurie et la fumerole au dessus du cratère de ce magnifique volcan.
Un grand bonjour à tous. Me voici de retour sur TE.

Hi Jerome,
Wow! so beautiful, each stage of the shot from the foreground to the background with its own interest and beauty. The bright flowers in the foreground so pretty in pink lead us to the photogenic house in the centre followed by that magnificent snow and cloud covered volcanoe. So all in all a wonderful shot.

Wanda

Hi Jerome!
I think it is a great image. Composition is perfect, with both foreground and background quite eye-catching. Colours and light are great, too. Well done!
Thanks for sharing

Jerome,
This is a very well composed shot! I like the inclusion of the flowers in the foreground with the volcano smoking in the background. The lighting and colors are great with nice sharpness. I think the DOF could be improved by using a higher f-stop (around f/11) to create a larger field of sharp focus.

Well done mate, such a nice balance of the fields. I would step to the left in order to align the water tank which looks like chimney with the smoking cone and more important to get rid of the tree on the right. Anyway, fantastic shot, TFS

Jerome,
Lovely and so unexpected to see the humble cosmos (those wildflowers) underneath a snow-topped volcano! Amazing that it seems to float in the clouds like that, and the house adds great interest and color. I agree with Asa that the depth of field should include the flowers, though. They take up too much of the frame to be out of focus. If you want them to be out of focus, you could use a higher POV to put them in the bottom 1/3 or 1/4 of the photo. But I like it better this way, with a more inclusive DOF.
TFS and welcome back to TE!
Whitney
P.S. Está bien el inglés para tí, o preferirías el español?
