| Well, I know this photo was taken in Puebla but I'm not sure which church. I think it might be one of the chapels in the church of Santo Domingo. What I do remember is that chapel walls and ceiling were completely covered with smiling angels, dancing cherubs, golden leaves, gilded vines etc. and though it was way, way, way over sumptuous & lavish, when you entered the chapel you couldn't help but going "Whoa". |
