Personelment je trouve que il le manque quelque chose. Le volcan est trop centré, aussi je trouve wue les elements au tour ne sont pas tres bien choisies. Une autre vue dans lequel l'architecture de la ville etaie plus evident aurait tait mieur.

PS d'accord avec toi, la culutre familiale en amerique latine peut etre un peu etoufante, surtut si on est un peu differents, par cotnre un gran partie des gens sont contents avec ce situation.

Wonderful mountain scene Jerome. Well captured, very sharp and perfectly composed with the natural framing of the trees. The wire fence is a little distracting though, never mind a lovely image all the same. Thanks for sharing.

Es muy interesante la foto . El efecto del Popo , centrado o no , es magníficamente poderoso , su fuerza y belleza dominando el valle .

Totalmente de acuerdo con la nota , una situación triste que relatas y de la que desconozco muchas razones , quizás como dice más arriba Daniel , basadas en un aspecto medio cultural latinoamericano unido a la angustiosa situación económica quer viven , las condiciones deplorables de vida incluso creando Volkswagens que inunden el DF de humo e impidan ver ese magnífico volcán desde los últimos pisos de la Torre Latinoamericana de Reforma .

Me encantaría conocer más de tu trabajo de observación y estudio de las condiciones de vida de los Tuxtlas . Estaré atento a tu blog . Creo que el francés escrito si puedo entenderlo (Anette quizás un poco más , ya que estudia francés) .

Siempre un gran placer saber de tí , nuestro francés mexicanizado . Un fuerte abrazo

Hi Jerome - wow, I've never seen this much snow on this mountain, great timing, excellent opportunity to photograph it, though the fence at the bottom is not attractive and a panoramic crop can eliminate it, which season has the most snowfall on the summit?

Hey Jerome,
Popocatepetl...sounds familiar from a song? #! Can’t remember...I never knew Mexico had central highlands that have snow-capped mountains! Interesting place to discover far from the heat during summer! I agree with Tan (capthaddock) the foreground should be cropped to solely emphasize the beautiful snow-capped mountain. Image sharpness, colours are all wonderful, framing using the trees are awesome. Still aimez votre travail!
