Paseo De la Reforma (in short called as Reforma street) is quite gorgeous to drive and walk. The street is filled with architectural landmarks in the junctions. Every day when I drive by this statue I wanted to take a slo exposure night short and I finally managed to do that. I've asked my local friends about the significance of this place and they did not know much about this. And I also noticed the city is filled with landmarks with water fountains. they must be having a lot of water.

Had to keep on the back rest of a bus stop seating to avoid shake. Adjusted the contrast, added border and resized to fit in TE.

i'm not a DF citizen, but as far i know that landmark is called "La Flechadora de las Estrellas del Norte" i'l try to translate it as "the bowwoman of the northern stars" , but people call it "la fuente de la Diana cazadora" something like "Hunting Diana's fountain"

I love this photo. The statue was recently moved to this spot, originally it was in reforme for farther north. It is called "La Diana Cazadora" The hunter Diana. It is said that the model that posed for it was the lover of a former president of Mexico.
