| Mexican population is a mix of different races, european represented mainly for spanish and native american indians. The actual population in the country is mixed as we say "half indian and half spanish" but in several comunities and towns around the country dominates pure race people like this old woman who belongs to one of the many ethnic groups named "Otomies", inhabitants of the central high lands and some of the direct ancestros of the disapeard aztecs, many of them still talk the ancient language "Nahuatl". |

Hi Oscar, this is a striking portrait and it deserves many more critiques. I like the fact that you've shown her profile here. Her lined face contrasts with the equally scarred wall, and I like the touches of siver in her hair and earrings. Perhaps it's slightly lacking in sharpness, but all in all, an impressive and sympathetic portrait. Well done! Regards,
Ryno
Hola Oscar,
