Photographer’s Note
The Latinoamericana tower was finished in mid 50's and was at that time the tallest building in Latinamerica with 45 floors and about 180 mts tall, today are several taller buildings, but it still is an Icon of the city.

Your composition, angle and B&W process are powerfull. Maybe the antenn pointing on the only clear part of the sky adds also some power.
