Photographer's Note
This is the "ceremonial" start of the Dos Mares 500 (km) race, 7 May 2011, on the Malecon in La Paz, BCS. The actual timed start took place outside of town, but many of the drivers -- including the piloto of this 700hp Trophy Truck! -- hammered the throttle pretty strong to give the crowd the thrill we all wanted.
