A beautiful landscape shot using a wide angle lens. the colors are really nice and the translucent narrow water on the foreground slowly becoming reflectant going into the mountain. Thanks for sharing...Alex

A good composition with the rocks in the FG. The sky certainly did look like a watercolour and you captured it well.

Fantastic shot with good light and amazing reflection on the quiet lake. Classic use of the foreground to enhance a wide angle shot.

Wow, excellent shot ! The stones in the foreground create a great DOF and the reflections are very nice. Great colours too, even if I find part of the sky (yellow one) is not very natural.

Beautiful shot Doug! The rocks at the bottom of the frame seem to meld with the reflecion of the clouds and create a really beautiful combination. I'm not sure about the colour of the sky in the upper left - it seems a little greenish, but the overall shot is perhaps one of your best landscapes.

Hi Doug,

The reflections in the water of lake Edith are assets to the composition. The point of view takes our eyes toward the mountains in the background which is giving depth to the photo. The light of the sunset has a special effect on the colors of the scenery. have a nice day.
