Photographer’s Note
I worked & lived in one of the poorest intercity neighbourhoods in Canada. The Vancouver Port was at my doorstep and when it all got to be a bit much to take in, sitting beside the big boats for a few hours gave brought me solace. They seemed quiet & yet powerful and void of human confusion.
