[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
The Peyto Lake is a glacier lake in the Rocky Mountains and can be reached through the Icefield Parkway. After a short walk be feet you can enjoy this very famous view of the Peyto Lake. The colour of the lake is a typical one of Glacier lake because of small Glacier particles. I just put a little bit more saturation to it because the picture did not show the original saturation of the lake.

The color of this lake is fantastic. I wanted to visit it when I was in Canada, but I found a snow storm in july ! So it was all grey...

Hallo Andreas,
I was there 11 years ago and this year i go back again. To my surprise there is less snow on the left mountain, global warming?
Anyway, the view is classic because there is not much space to walk around, but everytime a fatastic view from this point. That there is no sun doesn't bother me, those greay clouds give a nice effect against those strong colours from the lake. Really good work here, i like it.

This is a place on Earth I really want to visit! The color of the lake is fantastic... amazingly beautiful... almost unreal!
I like your POV, although famous and classical, it's never too much seeing that wonder!

Wonderful landscape! But the best thing here is colour of water - great and very strange:) Great sharpness and nice framing by trees...
