Vancouver is one of the most beautiful city that I have visited. It is blessed by mountain on one side and the sea on the other. The temperate temperature (for Canada) gives the vegetation all year long to flourish. Coupled with the love of gardening by the England's roots population and you will have one amazing green city. Only if it stop raining all the time...

Another old picture of mine, this one is taken in the middle of a 15 minutes sunny break of an all-day long drizzle.

I love this one. The colours are really nice and of course I like boat pictures very much, so am attracted to it for that reason. Also the skyline of the city of Vancouver looks great with the variations in the clouds etc. Nice composition and subject

The colorplay is of course the strong element of this capture. The only thing perhaps is the kind of chopped off feeling the lowest of the boats has. But overall a good photo.

A very pleasant summer time shot...I love it...

such a colourful picture, composition isn't that attractive but the variety of colours make it look like a festival of boats.

I agree with Daniel about the composition, but taking into account that this is one of your older pictures I gotta say it is much better than anything I ever shot of the Vancouver skyline. I like the colors and the sky as well. Good shot!

Beautiful color, the boat on the bottom needed to be IN instead clouds, good shot.

I think I dig the idea here : the Vancouver building skyline against the Vancouver yacht club mastline. that's a good start for an idea, pretty sky color as noticed before, i don't think there's a problem with your angle but there's something lacking, a third element that would be the essential feature here...the special Ooomph, the extra Wow, the unexpected Bonus (Procession of monks in the foreground? Rescue of the Titanic in the middle ground? Amelia Erhardt flying over the Pacific in the background?) .

I put you a 11,38 mark on the famous Luko scale going up to 23,4. (didn't you start an independant rating system? I'll have mine then...;) )
