Photographer’s Note
As the mist from the Falls settles on everything around them, including the wrought-iron safety fence keeping us from leaping in (ostensibly), in sub-zero weather it freezes, forming an icy coating over every object in sight.
The water droplets in the air still make for amazing rainbow displays, so I was able, by crunching way down, to get this composition.

I think you have gone for a very unique, creative composition here, with the rainbow very subtle in the background. I would have been temped to focus on the rainbow more, which I don't think would have worked as well.
