Hi Michel,
The fruit the little boy is touching is the infamous "Durian" fruit. You can find it all over South East Asia. VERY VERY strong smelling- so much so that it is BANNED from most hotels, and public transportation. You slice through the hard spikey exterior to get to the inside, very rich and strong tasting, and having the texture of pudding. It's a fruit that people either LOVE or HATE. Personally, I haven't gotten the nerve to try it... YET.
Happy Shooting!

It's Durian Fruit. The composition somehow doesn't work for me but I don't know why. The boy's face is too obscured. There are too many distractions in the picture (the shilouettes in the background, the toy in the boy's hand, the price of the grapes).

I think you captured the curiosity of the boy quite well, he touches an alien fruit that is intriguing. I find no distraction in the picture as the whole scene is complete, the plenty of variety and one object of attention
