Photographer’s Note

When the night arrives, at the moment of the famous blue hour, the Parliament of the province of British Colombia is splendid with lights .
With the reflections on the water of Victoria harbour(the regional capital) the unit gives a view very photogenic.

J'aime la manière dont ce bâtiment est éclairé avec cet effet de soulignements des contours. C'est fait à l'heure qui convenait. Dommage qu'une petite brise ride la surface du miroir

Bonjour Jean,
la vignette ne laissait pas préseger d'une si belle photo derrière.
Beaucoup de bleus dans lesquels ressortent bien ces éclairages artificiels.
Placee importante laissée aux reflets, excellente idée.

Very nice evening photo capturing the blue hour very well. Your light management is great blending the natural and artificial lighting very well. The reflection adds nice depth and balance to the photo. The light trimmed building has a bit of a Disney look to it!

Ca me rappelle vaguement qqch ca, j'ai du poster a peu pres la meme il y a environ 3 ans... du coup je vais pas te dire que l'idee et le pov sont pas bons, hein ! Jolie prise de blue hour et Victoria c'est tres agreable comme ville.

Belle photo de cet ensemble qui bien sur donne une jolie photo, comme vous le dite,est très photogénique, bon moment pour ce ciel superbe qui bien sur se reflète dans cette eau calme,les lumières, les couleurs en générale, les petites lampes qui entoure cette batisse de façon magnifique en détachant presque chaques partie, tout cela en fait une très belle photo. tiens,j'avais raté cette photo,et ça aurait vraiment été dommâge de ne pas m'en apercevoir,car je la trouve superbe!Les couleurs bleues sont fabuleuses,c'est vrai que cette heure là est super photogénique.Ce bâtiment dont les contours sont soulignés par des lumières est de toute beauté,et en plus,il y a de l'eau pour donner un magnifique reflet.Magnifique!
