Superb this Medicine Lake with this blue water and its small island... but strange also, because it disappears gradually at the autumn : no beautiful turquoises water to be admired but only unpleasant mud!
An underground river collect the water which comes from the neighbourhood glaciers and the surplus from water forms during spring and summer this splendid lake ...
A surprising phenomenon which intrigued the Amerindians who thought there, at a consequence of the capacity of a "wizard medecine "... from where the name was given to this lake.
