Photographer’s Note

Yesterday was a very hot day in my part of the world, Along with some of my friends, I had gone for a bike ride to this lake that is 20 km away from my house. It was nice to be biking instead of working on such a fantastic day ... and above all it was nice to be in the company of some good friends.

I post this picture in my attempt to share with you my attempt at capturing the mood of the yesterday afternoon, Hot day + Cold water + Green trees + Nice Legs = :-) Me

Ha,ha, you naughty boy :))) I had a great day, yesterday, as well, also cycling about the same distance. How good is that, while the others are working? I guess that members prefer to see the upper part of people, regarding your post of the runner on the bridge...I actually like a lot the original framing here. Just a pitty that whitish sky...but the green scenery is marvellous. I don't have that around my house - too many cars and noise...Alentejo is perfect for cycling, but not around where I live. Continue with these experimentations, please, if that's what motivates you to post once in a while... ;-)

A NIGHT BIRD YOU ARE!Well,quite understandable reading the account of your day.
Went kite riding with my daughter this afternoon,then splash in the pool.
Unusal presentation.
Will she jump or not,that's the question...she will,it is hot...Weonder where is the rest.

Hi Sarju,

interesting and unusual POV. This shot can translate exactly what you mentioned: hot day + cold water + green trees + nice Legs. The last one is very attractive and It was my first point of interest, although the background is as beautiful as the legs. :)

A very original shot, Sarju, with these young woman's legs ready to taste the lake. Wonderful colours, no doubt Pink Lake's! A very lovely mood, tranquil and relaxed. I would have liked to see just a bit more of the sky's colour, too, but understandably it is very difficult to capture that under these light conditions!
