Photographer’s Note
Looking south from North Vancouver. The downtown core of Vancouver is to the right of the frame. The shot was taken along the walkway that leads west from the Lonsdale Quay Seabus station (Which is always a treat to ride)
Dodged the path a little to bring it out a little then simulated a red filter with the channel mixer.

You have seen this swinging line of the water front and used it as an creative element.
Very nice work, also the choice of b/w.

Good depth of field, great contrast- but sorry to say, I feel it's lacking "subject". I've seen this plenty of times in some of my own shots, normally in trying to capture too many or too much of my subject in the photo... to the point it actually works against you. I would have liked to try this shot from closer to the dock on the left, and capturing that as your subject, and let the background compliment the shot. Hope I'm not coming across as too critical- just trying to help.....
