Photographer’s Note
I just wanted to take break from posting my photos from Himalayas, so here is a a pretty typical shot of the church in Ottawa.
I took this photo around the time of Lent.

Beautiful church. I can imagine the time it took to create the details on the building. Your picture is very good. I like the exposure and the good balance of the image. Its a well centered picture that leads the eyes deep into the church. Thanks Sarju.

Nice color and composition. Actually, really nice. Good DOF and sharpness / detail also. I personally don't like the black frame as I think it blends in too well with the photo but just my opinion that really has nothing to do with the actual photo, just the presentation.

Cet intérieur d'église très coloré est très intéressant et ta prise de vue très belle. Le POV est bon montrant à la fois le sol reflétant la lumière et le plafond tout ceci sans trop de déformations. Très bon réglage de l'exposition également.
Amicalement

Here you are hidding inside the church, sarju. Hey, is that you in your new profile? What an intelectual pose! :))
Once in a while, one just wants to post something completely diferent from the usual. I actually see a connection of this ceiling with your celestial captures of the stars movement. Excellent architecture shot, in a beautiful central composition and strong lines leading us along this beautiful and monumental structure. The quality is quite good for an hand held capture with 1/30s.
All the best my friend and nice to see you here with a new post of yours :)

It is not easy to take good photos into large cathedrals like this one, but you have succeeded very well. This cathedral looks like a French one, but the roof with stars reminds me of what I have seen in the Valley of the Kings in Egypt. Impressing building!
