Photographer’s Note

Lac-du-Cerf is a small village near Mont-Laurier (at approx. 3h from Montreal) where my boyfriend's family have a country cottage. There, we go fishing, swiming, trekking...

This is the last view I got from Lac-du-Cerf yesterday before coming back to my suburb! If I had to imagine something that looks like paradise, it would be this!

Good landscape shot, well used depth of filed, good choice of angle. The rocks and driftwood in the foreground enhance the depth of the image. A nice place to be, for sure!

Je comprend tout a fait ce que tu dis dans ta note...soupir.cela doit etre si bon de s'asseoir sur un rocher et de regarder la nature, bien au calme. la composition et les couleurs de ta photo sont excellentes. bravo

I love the subject as well as the photo itself. Very good capture of that typical evening atmosphere, when everything gets chilly and damp. Beautiful sky, and its reflection in the calm lake suggest a sense of space. I guess you miss that feeling in any suburb, let alone in a huge city. Definitely one of my favourite pics!

Wow! que de beauté! la profondeur est belle, le reflet des nuages sur l'eau, superbe.

Ton coin n'est plus secret, que de calme...( malgré les p'tites mouches noires!) Juste regarder la photo me calme! :-)

Paradisiaque ce coin, la composition est superbe, les couleurs magnifiques et le reflet du ciel se mirant dans l'eau est grandiose. Vraiment bien fait.
