This photo was taken during our vacation last summer to Vancouver, B.C......Not only was the architecture amazing....but the feeling you had was that you were welcome even thought you were a vistor. The colors, the people, and the overall feeling of carnival was amazing. If you travel....this is a place to visit...I only wish that we could have stayed longer.....Just Beautiful!!!!
This view is the right side of a "horseshoe shaped "U"...I wanted to level it out....make the horizon more "horizontal" but when I did....it looked very strange..." so....everything else has a nice horizontal line...except for the Parliment Building....I wonder why? hahahahha
Take care,

Bettina this is perhaps one of the most beautiful buildings in Western Canada. The architecture and the setting is awesome. Your capture of this outdoor scene is very well exposed. Good colours and sharpness. Well done :-)

Bettina, I'm glad you had a a good time in my "Home and Native Land..." (cheesy- I know)
The best way to get a correct horizon in a situation like this is to pick a pole like the large white one and ensure that it's perfectly vertical (which it should be).
Click this link for an easy fix that I use (which also works with a vertical line).
Other then the slightly crooked shot, the image is well exposed, sharp and a good angle on the Parliament Buildings.
All the best,
- Dan
