Although much of Alberta is covered untouched wilderness, there are many instances that one can observe altered landscpes such as gravel excavation sites and oil rigs...
The composition in this one doesn't feel quite right?
I wish I had made the photo exclude the entire right half with all the dirt hills and metal tanks. Perhaps a hybrid of this and the second version whould have been best. |

that's a nice shot, at first I thought, that it is a shot of desert, but canada is far away from the equator. Your composition of this photo is great, i like the shadows of those persons (i guess one of them is you).
