Photographer’s Note
My footnote was "When you come to the end of a perfect day..." This shot was captured on my way home in June 2003. I took it from the highway running past Duncans Cove. We are looking West over the Crown Lands and First Pond towards Sambro Head...
Many of the firtrees in the fore are no longer standing, as Hurricane Juan did some serious damage in this area...

Just a beautiful sky! The contrast with the trees cuts the picture perfectly. I see you have a bit of noise in the top of the picutre... maybe because of the compression for TE. Lovely composition, well done!
