Moraine lake is certainly one of the most interesting lakes in Banff National Park, and probably, beside Peyto and Louisa lakes, also one of the most-often photographed. Nevertheless, I could not resist to post this photo as the colour of the lake sparkling in the low evening sun is just stunning.

Before my visit, I was also a bit skeptical about the colour of the lake as seen on other photos, but yes, its colour is perfectly natural and under the right circumstances it is really like here.

Stunning photo ! You seem to have captured everything so well. Really looks lie a very beautiful place. The boat rellay adds to the photo.

Beautiful colors! The only thing that bothered me is the boat on the bottom-left of the picture. I would rather remove it from the picture or take the picture when it gets more into the panorama.

This is an amazing shot of Moraine Lake.
The colours look amazing, very sharp too.
And that one little boat on the left is a nice detail.

Beautiful shot, superb blue! I like that. The composition is quite nice, although you can consider having the boat just a bit more from the bottom, upwards, to balance it a little more, but this approach is also good and it's different atleast!
Great colours and sharpness, I like those pinetrees on the hills sloping into the water. Could decrease the highlight maybe also a little, especially in the upperright corner, bit hazy, but further perfect.
Beautiful colours again!

Stunning set of peaks that you have lined up the pale blue sky. The aqua color of the lake is dream like and the canoe floating across give this a low impact enjoyment to this beauty.

Zdravo Kristof, odlična slika, lepo predstavljeno jezero, kot da bi bil na Bohinju ;-). Zelo žive barve čeprav je z nebom bilo malo problema.

Yes, Moraine Lake seems to be a well known place, but you captured it well :) Wonderful colors, and I like the canoe on the bottom on the frame.
