Photographer’s Note
Here is a «bouilleuse» (evaporator), used to transform marple water into sirup. I've never seen one so shiny (the photograph was taken at Intermiel, a honey producer in Mirabel who knows more than one way to sweeten our days :)

Boy is that ever a spotless boiler room Martine...excellent capture of this stainless steel operation.It is far different from the wood boilers we usually see in our tradional sugar camps.

It looks like something from a Sci-Fi movie.
It’s either a device for giving you eternal life or the opposite, a tomb were you can rest until you’re are dust and gone.

Quelle machine étrange que tu nous montres là. Par chez nous, on n'en connaît pas de pareille. On dirait un alien ! La luminosité sublime les effets métallique. Un beau sujet à mettre dans TE pour ceux qui habitent loin du Québec. J'aimerai bien me sucrer le bec ! (je croyais que le sirop d'érable était juste chauffé et mis en bouteille)
