Superb picture of this grassland with some sheeps grazing on it. Greatly captured. Sharp, clear, with nice details.

Magnifique lumière d'avant orage qui éclaire de façon superbe ce troupeau de moutons.
Le choix (?)de l'ouverture à f/5 me surprend un peu ici. Tu cherches une importante profondeur de champ donc une plus petite ouverture (f/11 ou moins) est conseillée, d'autant plus que tu as de la marge en vitesse (1/500 s!). Tu as dû certainement recourir à un filtre d'accentuation, ce qui donne un aspect un peu irréel à l'herbe au premier plan;
Une image qui ne laisse pas indifférent en tout cas!

A very peaceful scenery!
Situation is well captured, the lighting is moody and results in warm and good colours...
Interesting to see one of the guys in more interested in the photographer than in the grass! Tiny minus for cutting one of them in half...

lumières interessantes sous un ciel aussi hostile.
J'adore ce genre d'éclairage contrasté.
Un endroit très particulier en bord de lac.
Le filtre gradué gris a bien joué son rôle.

Wonderful lighting captured here - the contrast of the sunlight on the grass against the white of these sheep and the gray of the sky is phenomenal. The only thing I would suggest is to try to have the horizon less across the middle of the photo - show either more sky or more foreground, but really it's a wonderful image! Interesting too that these are the only ones in N. America - similar to those that graze near Mont St Michel.

What a scary sky in the back, guess there must have been some thunder in the air. Love the grass green together with the sky. Peaceful the sheep (if they only knew about the bad weather coming ...).

Recently cut sheep look like they feel ashamed of themselves, poor creatures! But the photo is beautiful, even if, of course sheep with thick wool is more photogenique!
